Reservation policy
* Check-in is from 4:00 pm onwards. No earlier please, as we are preparing for your arrival. Earlier check-ins are sometimes possible but please call in advance of your stay to discuss arrangements for a possible earlier check-in time. * Check-out time is 11:00 am.
* Minimum 2 night stay is required on weekends during summer season: June 1st – September 30th; Friday / Saturday night only. 1 night bookings are accepted Sunday through Thursday night. ~ One night reservations for Saturday nights are accepted if the Friday night (in that room / suite) has already been booked together with a Thursday night. * Long weekends – all year round - are two nights minimum.
* Suites are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on covered patio and in the garden. * Accommodation rates are based on double occupancy and are in Canadian funds prior to 5% GST (Tax). * Season: Open year-round

Cancellation policy for guest reservations
* Our cancellation policy is 7 days advance notice - You must contact us minimum 7 days in advance of the first day of your stay. * If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking. * We will issue a full refund if we are able to rebook the room(s) for the entire reserved period.
Please note the following: 7 days notice applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. 7 days notice applies to guests requesting to move their reservation to a later date. 7 days notice applies to stays booked with Gift Certificates.
“No Shows” and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights/packages reserved. A cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests who have decided to cancel and the owners of Tucker’s Inn Bed & Breakfast and Spa. Thank you for your consideration.

Cancellation policy for spa services
Last minute changes and cancellations of spa services affect the livelihood of our spa therapists.
All Spa treatments, booked either a la carte or in a package, must be cancelled with no less than 48 hours notice. If at least 48 hours notice is given, services will be cancelled without charge. If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the service price will be charged Failure to show: the entire package or service price will be charged.
